This is a baseline out-of-bounds play against man-to-man defense.
Player of coach’s choice inbounds the ball. Remaining players are stacked horizontally across the foul-line.
How It Works
The farthest player from the ball runs over the stack to the ball-side wing, looking for a catch-and-shoot. As this player clears, the remaining end players in the stack step into the paint and set a double screen for the middle player. The middle player flares to the top of the key, looking for a catch-and-shoot.
Key Coaching Points
-First option: opposite elbow player flashing to the ball-side wing.
-Second option: flare screen to the top of the key.
