How To Get Started

Getting Started Frequently Asked Questions (For Players & Parents)

Where can I get a group code?

You get your team’s group code from a coach or team manager of the team you would like to sign in to.

Can I sign up without a group code?

No, currently 360Player only works with teams and organizations, not individuals.

I’m a parent, how can I get started?

The parent account works by creating a link to an existing child’s account. Once your child has created an account, you link to their account through the email address your child used.

I’m a player who needs GDPR consent. How do I get started?

For individuals age 15 and under, you need parental consent to log in for the first time. Enter your parent’s email address and they can approve your account via the email they receive.

What if the child is using the parent’s device to sign in?

360Player remembers who was most recently signed in on a device. If you’re using one device for both the child and the parent, you must sign out before switching back and forth between accounts. If you don’t sign out between steps, this could cause problems during the first time sign in process.
