New 360Player Features: April 2025

Adyen is now available as a payment option

We’ve added Adyen as a new payment provider in 360Player, giving clubs and organizations more flexibility in how they collect and manage payments for memberships, events, merchandise, and more.

With Adyen, you get:

• Transparent fees – Clear, competitive pricing with no hidden costs.
• Advanced reporting – Gain clear insights into every transaction directly in your Adyen dashboard.
• Easy reconciliation – Match incoming payments with your accounting faster and more accurately.

Getting started: Admins can enable Adyen in Club Settings → Payments and follow the step-by-step guide in our Help Center.

This update is available for all organizations using 360Player Payments. If you need help, reach out to your Customer Success Manager.



User Profile 2.0

We’ve consolidated two separate profile entities into a single, unified user profile, reducing duplication and simplifying profile management across the platform.

With User Profile 2.0, clubs now also benefit from:

• Club-wide notes – Add notes on a player profile that are visible to the entire organization.
• Improved data overview – Access a clearer, more comprehensive view of player information, making it easier to manage and track development.

This update sets the stage for even more powerful profile-related features in the future.
