New 360Player Features: June 2025

June 1, 2025

Better attachments in Forms

You can now add attachments as a field type in Forms, making it easier to collect required documents directly during registrations.

When creating a form, you can:

  • Include an attachment field that supports images, audio, video, or any other file types.
  • Support up to 10 attachments per question.
  • Link the field to an existing user attachment field (e.g., passport, permission slip). If the user already has a file stored, it will auto-populate; if not, the uploaded file will automatically update the user’s profile.

All submitted attachments are easy to access and review from the Registrations index page, streamlining your document collection and verification process.

Improved parent–child relationship management

It's now easier for parents to manage their connections with their children in 360Player. Parents can now:

  • Remove an existing connection to a child.
  • Request a new connection to a child, which the child must accept before the relationship becomes active.

These changes give families more control and privacy over their connections while ensuring that all relationships are verified and up to date.

More detailed absence reasons

We’ve expanded the list of reasons a player can select when marking themselves absent from an event. This added granularity helps coaches and staff track attendance more accurately, spot patterns, and follow up when needed — making it easier to identify trends, address potential problems, and support players effectively.

Drawing tool now available for Rugby

The drawing tool now supports Rugby, allowing clubs and organizations in the sport to create and share exercises within their teams. This opens up the same methodology tools that other sports already benefit from, helping rugby clubs standardize and spread their training approach more effectively.

The drawing tool is available for clubs on the Power plan and above. To see it in action or get a demo, reach out to your Customer Success Manager.
