This is the biggest release of the month. Clubs running tryouts, seasonal registrations, or structured recruitment can now manage the full player-to-team journey directly inside 360Player. What used to require manual tracking across spreadsheets, emails, and separate tools is now automated and handled in one place.

How it works
Coaches get a dedicated view where they can see all submitted registrations alongside the available player pool, and invite specific players to specific teams from the same screen. Players receive an invitation, accept or decline through their own view in the app, and the status updates automatically. No chasing, no manual status updates, no separate communication threads.
Each invitation is tracked in real time with clear status indicators (Invited, Accepted, Declined) visible to both the coach and the admin. Coaches can also navigate directly to a player's full submission from any accepted invitation.
Flexible by design
It is worth noting that connecting a tryout registration to a team invitation is not required. Team Invitation is a powerful standalone feature, clubs can use it to send targeted placements, manage seasonal team assignments, or handle any structured invitation flow without a tryout step involved.
For clubs that do run tryouts, the two registrations (tryout and acceptance) can be linked, but the system is built to work well either way.
Each package can be configured with eligibility rules, giving admins precise control over who qualifies for a given registration. This is one of the more powerful parts of the setup: by defining eligibility at the package level, clubs can ensure only the right players appear in the pool and are eligible to be invited, without any manual filtering.
There is also an Invite Only setting that locks a registration so that only players who have been explicitly invited can submit. This is useful for acceptance flows, squad confirmations, or any scenario where you want full control over who gets access.
This feature is available now for all clubs using the Registrations module.

Not every coach has the time or resources to plan sessions from scratch. With 360Player Content, coaches can now browse and use pre-created exercises directly in the Training Library, making it easier to pick content for today's practice and run it with more quality and structure.
The content is available under a dedicated tab in the Training Library for all clubs with that module, and covers 10 sports: Football, Futsal, Basketball, Handball, Volleyball, Ice Hockey, Field Hockey, Tennis, Padel, and Rugby Union.

360Player now offers sport-specific game settings, statistics, and dashboards for both Tennis and Padel. Available on all plans above Core.
The key difference from other sports is how players are handled. In Tennis and Padel, individual players are set per match rather than home and away teams, which reflects how these sports are actually played. Opponents can now be connected directly to a club, giving you a proper record of who you have played against over time.

The Payments module received a significant update this week with a redesigned invoice experience and several improvements to the creation and management flow.
