Registrations are one of the most important workflows in a sports club, and one of the easiest places for complexity to creep in.
As clubs grow, so do their needs. Different teams, different age groups, different pricing, different payment options. Until now, handling that complexity meant one thing: more registration forms.
One form per team. One form per group. One form per variation.
Today, that changes.
With Packages, you can combine multiple products and payment options in a single registration. Each package can have its own products, pricing and payment methods, allowing clubs to offer the right options to the right players without duplicating forms for every team, age group, or program variation.

Packages also introduce eligibility rules, giving clubs more control over who can submit for what.
Eligibility rules are based on the questions in your registration. Depending on how someone answers — for example date of birth or gender — they will only see the packages they’re eligible for.
Clubs can automatically route parents and players to the right registration based on their answers. This ensures families select the right package every time, reducing incorrect submissions and minimizing follow-up work for the club.

Thanks to the new package structure, it is now a lot easier to get an overview of your data and information. Compare performance between age groups, see the registrations per camp day etc, all in one place.
